This honey comes from Cleveland, GA and is predominantly Sourwood with a little sumac blended in. Sourwood is characterized by a spice/anise flavor, and is one of the best honeys in the world when it is pure. This honey is lighter than our Wildflower honey, and is excellent in teas!
